Our precision made and elegant Caf style shutters are expertly designed to cover only the lower half of your window, offering reassuring privacy without completely blocking the light. Caf style, or half height shutters, give you control of privacy throughout the day, making them particularly useful for windows close to pavements.

I do not want to bore you with a long detailed storyline of how this company is not one to be doing business with! They have a dual personality. Very professional, polite and prompt with sales and then the completely change to inconsiderate, nasty and unsympathetic to after care services. Stay well clear! As you can see from all the other reviews, I am not alone in the view.

POOR Customer service!!!!
I really hope i read the review before i decided to get blinds from Thomas Sanderson, now i really regard it. i agree with everyone's comment about the customer service, once you paid the money it's a pain to get anything else updated afterwards. Our installation has been delayed massively and i am still waiting, you can't expect to get an ETA or any explanation but to wait from them...
With so many bad reviews here, clearly this company doesn't care about their customer experience and company reputation, i am really unhappy about my experience and will not recommend

LIES, DENIAL & THREATS!
Please do not be fooled by your charming 'friendly' 'professional' salesperson. We requested roof blinds for our conservatory. The salesperson described how the blinds would be and showed us samples. However, after the fitter had installed the blinds THEY WERE NOT AS SOLD. THE FITTER EVEN ADMITTED THIS HAD BEEN A PROBLEM BEFORE AND EVEN THAT WEEK!
Needless to say I approached Thomas Sanderson 'customer service' to be passed over weeks from pillar to post. Nobody seemed interested in listening to my problem (they have half your payment and are ONLY interested in securing

This is one of the most awful companies to deal with. Spent a four figure sum for shutters which have broken. Have been fighting to get a fitter out to repair for 4 months under the 25 year guarantee. Customer support are a waste of time, they promise to send someone out and then nothing. I have to give 1 star to post but that is 1 star too many. Caveat Emptor!!!

I had really bad experience.
When company sold me blinds they promised they are going to provide best and as the gentleman explained I was dreaming how my living room going to look like. But sadly nothing is according to my expectations.
I am heart broken, the guy who came to fix blinds fixed two windows as I was not happy he left the other blinds on our living room floor.
I called customer service explained the situation and requested if the sales person who sold me blinds can come over and talk, but its third day now and no one called or contacted back yet.
I am really upset have no idea

We got Sanderson blinds installed on our bi-fold doors. The sales person was very helpful and avialable on WhatsApp only, he did not visit due to Covid. The blinds took over 2 months to get installed.
Out of the 3 blinds, 1 was incorrectly strung. I had to get 2 more visits from the engineer to fix it. That same blind was much wider than it should have been so caught on the window sides.
After a LOT of conversations with customer services, they agreed to replace the blinds. I was told that all 3 would be replaced to ensure they look the same.
Unfortunately, only 1 blind was replaced, it had
