Graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 1997 Chris Pearson has forged a reputation as a reliable and approachable RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager. Working initially for smaller Chartered Surveyor practices dealing with Home Buyer Surveys and Condition Reports throughout Liverpool and Merseyside, Chris advanced his career consulting for Housing Associations and large commercial organisations.
Pearson Surveyors provide a complete Project Management and building maintenance service to educational establishments. By supporting and advising Head Teachers and Governing Bodies on all aspects of buildings projects, from conception to completion, the school could relax in the knowledge the project is being handled by a suitably qualified consultant allowing them to focus on their day to day duties.
