A scheme typical in theme and style of Boher Architecture, our client wished to maximise the most out of the land associated with the existing Little Gate property. The scheme is very sympathetic to the area and the design needed to work well as a family home but also needed to be modest in size so as not to over shadow existing established properties along Dodsley lane.
