We are architects that dedicate ourselves to providing a personal and friendly service. We specialise in creating exciting architectural designs which appeal to both the client's needs and their requirements through a process of continued discussions and meetings throughout the course of the project.
Meet with the prospective clients to discuss their requirements and needs for the project. Discuss and determine the clients budget and timescale so that Arcline Architecture can produce a scheme which suits their cost and time requirements while also adding value to the existing property. Evaluate the existing site and its constraints, as to establish the potential of the project.
Preparation of a Scope of Works and Specification. These documents break down the construction phase into the different stages and provide details of all materials, standards, and workmanship to successfully complete the project. Preparation of a detailed Scope of Works and Specification enables accurate and comparable pricing for the tender phase, providing the client with a piece of mind on the final project cost and timescales.

We worked with Sam and Chris on our kitchen extension in 2020. Overall it was a great experience: Sam came up with suggestions we had not thought of and designed a space and solutions we were very happy with. The process of planning, submitting (and approval) and tending process was flawless. Whilst we had a plan when we started, we changed our mind on certain elements throughout the build which they guys were happy to incorporate. Project management throughout the build was excellent, with everything from dealing with the builder, giving design input, validating invoices and making sure the project

Chris was brilliant to work with and took us through each step of our project with precision, care and consideration. The architectural designs brought our ideas to life in a practical and affordable way and allowed for flexibility and revision as the project developed. Having worked with Sam, I would not hesitate recommending his services to anyone. The quality of plans were presented to a very high standard, and the turn around of drawings were very efficient, including the submission and monitoring of the planning documentation. Sam is very personable, and allows you to talk through your ideas with a view of presenting you with the best desired outcome possible. I look forward to working with Sam on any future work.

I just want to say we cannot recommend Alan of Arcline highly enough. His service and professionalism are above excellent. We have dealt with him over many years and cannot believe how much help he has given us. We live in the UK and have never experienced anyone that has continued to help with advice and support and we have complete faith and trust in him .
