Eve Hughes Interior Design offers a professional interior design service specialising in bespoke curtains, blinds, soft furnishings and wall coverings. From large scale projects to a simple re-vamp of an existing interior, our aim is to expertly reflect your personal style and taste. Each project is always skilfully managed and viewed with the same enthusiasm, attention to detail and quality of finish, regardless of scale.
Based in Truro we undertake projects throughout Cornwall, across the UK and also in Europe. Initially an introductory meeting would be arranged either at the studio, at your home or on site. We appreciate that some of our clients are working on projects from afar so other arrangements can easily be made to accommodate this.
Our aim is to discuss ideas, budget and get a feel for your space with the focus on what it is you're hoping to create. We will then put together a visual presentation in the form of samples and images for the required specification along with any costings.

Eve has always had a passion for interior design and knew that this was the career path in which she wished to take. After 4 years studying interior design at Art College she landed herself a position running the interiors department at a well-established Truro based soft furnishings store. It was here that her love for fabric really became apparent and found herself inspired by the way textiles could transform any interior.
We have a passion for textiles and offer a wide selection of fabrics and wallpapers from some of the most renowned brands such as; Designers Guild, Romo, Jane Churchill and Thibaut. British designers Fermoie and Kate Forman have been a perfect addition to our design library with all their fabrics being printed right here in the UK.
We provide a professional fitting and installation service for all our made to measure items, offering a wide selection of curtain poles and tracks from suppliers such as Tillys, Byron & Byron and Silent Gliss. Our team attend every fitting to oversee all aspects of the process; steaming and dressing everything once in position to ensure a perfect finish.
We work alongside local upholsterers who are highly skilled in traditional techniques with an eye for quality and fine detail. Together we are able to breathe new life into tired furniture and sentimental pieces. By choosing to upholster or recover it enables you to make your piece of furniture entirely unique by selecting your own fabric or trimming.
