I made an enquiry to TM Tiling on 16 June 2021 via whatsapp to 87498740. They replied to me they will provide an quotation latest by 17 June 2021. I waited but no response at all from them till today even after i sent a follow up message on 3 July 2021. Went MIA. Very unprofessional and totally not responsive. I have the whatapps proof.

I made online whats app enquiry to TM Tiling with photo and they did not reply. Manage to find a responsive tiler, for those who urgently need tiler can try contact ah seng 81183567. He removed the damage tiles And repair wall at the bin area which cause by refused chute wall leakage, and gave good advise. Btw he also fixed spalling concrete in bathroom, and patch any hairline crack he can see.

I had a problem with dislodged tiles that started in Dec 2019, but work had to be put on hold as Xmas and CNY was around the corner. Unbeknownst to me, Circuit Breaker was also in place right after. During this time, I searched for reputable Contractors, and finally stumbled upon TM Tiling, which had many good reviews for dislodged tiles.
As soon as Phase 2 was announced, I immediately called TM Tiling and Jason Kuah, the Project Consultant, attended to my needs. Jason was very understanding, helpful, and pleasant; but unfortunately his assignments was fully booked and I had to wait till August

My compliments to Mr Jason of TM Tiling and sincere thanks to him. My apartment got popped tiles in early Jan. Jason came over after my call, provided solution patiently and scheduled well for everything. What’s worth to mention is that on the actual day, one of my old tiles got cracks which may affect the pattern for the fixed area, Jason is able to recommend alternative solution promptly and managed to complete the work within the same day. We contacted the firm for a small tiling job (after getting a few negative responses elsewhere) and were grateful for their willingness to take on the task. Everything from then on was smooth and hassle-free. We gave dimensions, chose our tiles, and a worker arrived punctually one morning to see the job done. We noticed some slight imperfections a few hours after the tiles went up, so notified them of it. Less than 5 minutes later the worker magically showed up and rectified all problems! Jimmy was very responsive to our whatsapp queries and helpful with my popped bathroom tiles. His team was also more thorough compared to another, when they came to inspect.
He provided referral to the tile supplier who in turn helped to shortlist tiles that matched my bath, all this within 2 weeks.
Price was reasonable compared with 2 other service providers. Will engage their services again when the opportunity arises.
