Mr Steve gave us a time to arrive and rang 5 mins before that to tell us he was there. He gave full details of the problem, and what it would need to fix it. He did the job quickly and efficiently and charged the price he had quoted us. We are caravan owners living 2 hours away from the site and so he left one key with our current customers and suggested taking the other one to our site office for safe keeping. Polite. Professional.
