Our vehicles are equipped with a full set of clean dust sheets and vacuum cleaners, ensuring we leave your property in a clean and tidy condition on completion. With over 25 years experience all our electrical installation work is completed and tested to comply with the Current IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers) Wiring Regulations BS 7671, 17th Edition with certification provided upon completion of work.

Services
On all rental properties it is now mandatory that you have a valid Electrical Installation Condition Report Carried out (EICR). The guidelines require that a rental property has to have an EICR in place at the point of a new tenancy or change of tenancy or every 5 years or sometimes less depending on the quality of the existing current installation.
