This company I believe is exceptional. From the initial phone enquiry, through the quote process,to the viewing in a timed appointment at their excellent showroom, everyone was totally polite and professional. Now, as their fitter (Miles) completes the last pieces of boarder and edging I am delighted to write this most positive review in praise of the whole process.
The Karndean flooring has lit up the Hall and Bathroom and is a real asset.
One last point - their quote was around £290 cheaper than another local company for exactly the same product.

Fantastic job from start to finish. We have recently had new flooring put down in our kitchen and bathroom and I could not be happier with the results. We visited the flooring works showroom and the staff in there were very helpful and could not do enough for us.
Kevin came and fitted our flooring and he was brilliant, and again nothing was a problem.

This is the second time that we’ve had Flooring Works fit flooring in our house: originally had lounge done a few years ago: Kevin did the fitting: we were told he was the top fitter: didn’t disappoint, thoroughly nice bloke and more importantly knew his stuff. When we got large extension done we wanted same colour/design etc. Flooring Works supplied the same Karndean and we specifically asked that same fitter came back and Kevin came back and did a great job! Would recommend without hesitation!

We have just had our kitchen/diner and utility room flooring done and we are ecstatic with the result.
