Used Kilmarnock Removals to move into a rented property and will definitely use them to move from there into our forever home. Surveyor came out on 24th Dec despite only calling for a quote on the 23rd. Booking the service and follow up communications were spot on. The removal men, Paul and James, arrived as scheduled and emptied the house quickly and carefully . They were really nice and friendly and made the removal process an easy one.

Used this firm for a move from Glasgow to Fort William. We were quoted for the job and told one container would suffice. I was told late on the night of the move that the van was full and I’d have to pay for a second container. We did receive a second delivery at no cost - one week later - but there were lot of items from our garden left behind.
The state of some of our furniture is heartbreaking. So many items badly scratched or chipped. To name but a few; antique display cabinet, coffee table, drinks cabinet, mahogany dressing table mirror, 2 bed frames - one of which was dropped & badly damaged

I used Kilmarnock Removals for our move last week and I can't recommend the company highly enough. John and Greg had our whole house and garage loaded up in just over 2 hours, despite the 2 sets of stairs in our house they had to contend with. After loading they then waited over 5 hours for our keys to become available and although we had paid a late key fee in the off chance this may happen it must've been slightly frustrating for them but they remained friendly throughout. After such a delay a third team member showed up and pitched in to help the others. In record time the lorry was unloaded

Blocking public road and driver refusing request to move. Obstructing access and parking for surrounding buildings and potentially emergency vehicle access. More training required for jobsworth staff member who seemed to think he was the only person in the world that a double yellow line doesn't apply to

My mother used Kilmarnock Removals to move from Glasgow to Elgin.
From the outset they were easy to deal with and they provided a first class service.
The admin team and estimator were bang on and the price we were quoted was very reasonable and fair.
The guys who packed and delivered were superb. Polite,very friendly and respectful of everybody and everything making the job so much easier.
We knew when they got to Elgin and we were ready and everything was in and placed in a few hours.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone thinking of moving. Remember my mum was in Glasgow
