Services
At Clean as a Whistle we have over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry, focussing on the cleaning and restoration of metal cladding, throughout the U.K. We have over these years worked for a variety of clients from different business sectors, and have a large portfolio of successfully completed jobs, performed within the budget of our clients.
We specialise in cleaning, and restoring, all types of metal cladding cleaning services, working throughout the U.K. Our experience and knowledge in this field help us to identify the correct systems of work, and materials to use, so that not only are outstanding results produced but importantly no damage is done to the coating.
Soft washing is a revolutionary way to clean exterior surfaces without the potential of damage that comes with high pressure washing. Because of this it is safe, damage free, has longer lasting results and is therefor cost effective. We use specially blended biodegradable cleaning solutions and biocides that are chosen for each job.
Pre coloured finishes such as K-Rend, and Render supplied by Monocouche, Weber, Sto and others, have become popular in recent times. They are often marketed as maintenance free, but due to the damp climate there are many examples of buildings becoming soiled and dirty.
The panels on this building were of unknown Japanese origin, and had become heavily soiled and stained. Previously a cleaning company had attempted to clean the panels with little appreciable improvement. This building stands in a prominent area in Grimsby docks and bears the worlds largest car manufacturers name.
