Very professional service and installation, I would recommend The Air Conditioning Company to anyone thinking of getting an AC unit in their service area.
There was a little confusion around whether the unit could be run off a 13 amp supply, which it could and about what ducting was originally quoted for, but these issues were resolved amicably.

Poor service. Paid up front for a call out - earliest date was a week away. On the day of the appointment, called 30 minutes after the appointment time to say they were not coming and the next available appointment was in 2 weeks’ time. Initially refused to give a refund when I asked to cancel but eventually did.

Residential AC install in a London townhouse. Very professional service from a well-established company that also has a decent show-room. Multiple home visits to estimate cost and then survey where to install, with detailed project plan provided before install date set. Various options provided and I was consulted at all stages. Neat install job.
