They were very quick to respond to enquiries during the process. They had to come back because of unexpected issues with the existing fire alarm but they came back with new quote and new appointment date on the same day. They were quick and professional and prices were as you would expect for the type of work and products.

I would highly recommend Safe, Simple, Secure. They installed a security system upgrade to our home and we now have significantly enhanced features to our alarm system.
This was handled very professionally from the original point of contact through to completion of installation.
All email correspondence is replied to in a very prompt and timely manner.
Another nice touch is receiving a text message confirming system engineer name and that they are on their way.

Having never had a security system installed before, we were initially uncertain as to which company to choose. We need not have worried. The whole team at Safe Simple Secure provided us with an excellent and professional service from start to finish. At the initial site survey, Matt helpfully and professionally answered all our questions in detail and offered viable solutions. Ewan skilfully installed our security system to a very high standard. Nothing was rushed and nothing was too much trouble. Stuart was a credit to the company, polite and helpful. We are delighted with our security system
