Greenprint Gardens is dedicated to building gardens specific to each client's needs and requirements whether recreating a style directly or designing a bespoke garden closely following what our clients envision. We pride ourselves on providing creative solutions to any problems particular to the site.
Over the course of fifteen years, we have worked with many highly skilled professionals and craftsmen - architects, electricians, carpenters, horticulturists, bricklayers, groundwork and drainage experts - each with many years, often decades, of experience and a personal determination to produce work to a perfect finish.
Our goal is to produce an outdoor space that can be enjoyed in every season and for many years ahead. We work in and around the Southend area, chiefly: Thorpe Bay, Chalkwell, Leigh on Sea, Westcliff, Rayleigh, Hockley, Benfleet and Great Wakering. Greenprint Gardens was started in 2002 after I had finished my studies at Writtle Horticultural College, Chelmsford.

Services
The one guiding principle of Greenprint is to landscape for our customers the gardens they've asked for. This aim seems simple enough but when you begin to factor in elements such as children, privacy, levels, dry, wet, sun, shade, entertaining, pets, fragrance, colour, weeds and the all important budget these important considerations - in the wrong hands - can quickly become compromised or ignored completely.
Paul was recommended to us by friends. He listened to our requirements, was flexible and patient to any changes we made after his initial designs, even when my patients would have run thin! He came up with ideas we never would have thought of and designed areas for our new build that turned it from patch of grass into a beautiful garden.
The client required a garden which complimented her 1920's house decorated throughout with Art Deco and Mid Century furniture, fixings and prints. The absence of a loft (due to the flat roof) and a garage determined our only practical consideration as a large shed would be required for storage. This was to be made as inconspicuous as possible.
