When we founded John Willox Kitchen Design as we had a vision to incorporate great design with local craftsmanship - we have now grown into a small team where everyone is passionate about providing a quality service that gives value and satisfaction. You can now meet with one of our award-winning designers online. We can discuss in detail in your ideas, aesthetic tastes, layout, and appliance requirements etc. If you have architectural plans or you've taken detailed measurements, we can review these and have a detailed discussion on what will work best for you.
Gloss kitchen doors create a luxury, modern look, whilst their lustrous shine ensures an inviting kitchen feel. Smooth, high quality gloss kitchen doors also benefit as they effectively reflect light as it hits their surface to make a kitchen feel brighter and more spacious. Available in a wide range of tones, textures and grains, wood kitchen finishes make an excellent choice for the home.
A matt kitchen finish provides a smooth texture to kitchen units and surfaces but without the shine and deep reflections featured in high gloss kitchen finishes. Matt finishes can successfully create subtle, understated kitchen designs, achieving a true sense of refined luxury. Matt kitchens are easy to maintain, extremely durable and can also be more resistant to fingerprints and marks.

John and his team did an amazing job on our long awaited new kitchen. I wanted a specific colour which John managed to source and get our chosen cupboards painted in. He made some great suggestions and got more… into our kitchen space than I thought possible - ended up with two seating areas when we weren’t sure of even getting one. Always kept an eye on the budget and his fitting team were fantastic - staying until almost 11 at night a few days before Christmas to ensure all was fitted. Highly recommend!

Definitely would recommend John Willox Kitchen Design. needed a new oven recently, in a bit of an emergency! elaine sourced exactly what we were needing and John arranged collection out of hours to fit in with us. couldn't be more helpful and a pleasure to deal with. new oven ordered and fitted within a week = happy kitchen . well done!

We would definitely recommend John Willox Kitchens !!! John and his team were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout and we had the best of experiences from start to finish. After some very helpful discussions, Euan patiently listened to all our ideas and then designed our dream kitchen!! Bob and the team of tradesmen were second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and all of them were a real pleasure to have in the house. Very happy customers indeed.!!!!

Having spent far too many hours in kitchen showrooms ...many with “hard sell approach” I was recommended John. I wished I’d gone to him first because I would have saved so much time and effort. He’s very likeable, down to earth and most importantly understood what I wanted and delivered it within budget! Thanks to John and his team I have my dream kitchen and I couldn’t be happier. Beyond delighted with our new kitchen! From start to finish we have received friendly, professional service and can honestly say, there is nothing about it that we don't like. John worked hard to design and supply a kitchen that matched our budget (and actually came in under budget which is even better!) and was always very quick to respond to… the multiple queries I had! The whole team were fab and every tradesman who worked on the job were professional, friendly, worked to a very high standard and with a bit of banter thrown in, which is good when people are in and out of your house. John helped us source our second nature kitchen and arranged for units to be specially made to match what we already had so we could extend and alter our kitchen. We received a very professional and friendly service, John went out of his way to help us stick to our budget to complete our project.
