Harlow Glass is a family business which was created in 1995 to serve a need in the construction industry to provide high quality glass solutions at the cutting edge of the technology of the time, while still meeting tight construction deadlines. That key drive is still as important today as it was then and the company has developed to include a range of manufacturing processes that mean that goal can still be achieved.

Looking at their website most installations look great.
From our experience, the fitters who come install are also very good.So why the 2 star rating?
Like all business, things can on occasion go wrong. For me this is not an issue- it is how companies and their management deal with problems that matters.
This company lacks the leadership and desire to resolve issues when they arise. So disappointing.
And top tip for all: that days of a receptionist’s hand over a phone while the boss says “tell him I’m not here” are well gone. Might of worked on a 1970’’s Trim Phone - but now just
