We provide a comprehensive mechanical contracting service to a wide range of sectors, undertaking domestic, commercial and industrial mechanical works with a strong emphasis on customer service. Working with various health services, with strict protocols maintaining and installing mechanical systems.
In the event of a plumbing or heating emergency, whether a burst pipe, through to no central heating, we are able to offer an emergency response service.
We have learnt through years of experience that a first time fix is not always possible, however, with our experience we like to think we have seen pretty much all there is to see, with this, we strive to ensure our response vehicles are filled with all the necessary materials to ensure we achieve a first time fix, this saves any return visit fees for our customers and keeps our engineers on the road.

Am partially disabled and had no heating or hot water over last weekend. On Monday was given EPPH’s address in Ipswich and went round to their office. The staff said initially Wednesday to Friday to get to me, but when they found I was disabled they sent 2 men round that afternoon. The men who arrived got the system going again and found the problem. The bill was very fair and I’d just like to say the staff in the office and the men who attended my house were diamonds. A business is only as good as the staff they employ! Congratulations 10 out of 10 from me.

I called EPPH about not having any hot water and spoke to a lovely lady on reception who diverted my call onto the service department. Once I spoke to the gentlemen, I had an engineer come to my property within the hour. I cannot praise the engineer (Sam) enough for sorting my boiler and I would highly recommend EPPH to anyone.
