From modest urban courtyards and roof terraces, to sensory school gardens and full scale commercial landscaping, Jonathan and his team offer a complete garden service from design through to build and beyond. Working collaboratively with his clients, he remains involved throughout the project, making design alterations as and when needed.
At the same time he works closely with architects, lighting contractors and external specialists to ensure that what is delivered is the best it can be. Prior to establishing his practice Jonathan studied painting at Chelsea College of Art and then sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art. He set up his landscaping firm in order to combine his passion for plants, strong design and good craftsmanship.

Services
The design process starts with listening to the clients needs and asking questions, such as; what will the garden be used for and how much time will you have to maintain it. We have a comprehensive selection of gardening images that help us to identify any stylistic preferences you might have and we have found this to be an effective way of communicating and establishing an overall tone.
We are skilled and experienced horticulturists who deal in all aspects of garden maintenance, residential and commercial. Plants are expensive and if you do not have time to care for them having a regular maintenance arrangement can be a good investment. This is a service we provide at all levels using the latest machinery and techniques.
Belgrave Square is one of the grandest and largest 19th-century squares in London. We were delighted to be asked to design a courtyard garden and front of house planting scheme for this impressive white stuccoed home. After installing layers of trees to keep the street noise out and the garden scents in, we planted lavender, jasmine and roses in the courtyard.
We built a pupil development centre and a peace garden that surrounded it, for this listed late victorian, C of E primary school in Bermonsey. The stainless steel laser cut screens were created in collaboration with the children at the school. We set up an art workshop and asked them to create images to be cut into circles.
We collaborated with Zen Architects to realize this design within this central London office space. We laid Millboard's Enhanced Grain Limed Oak decking board because it is low slip, non-porous, never rots, warps or gives splinters, it is ideally suited for commercial use. The layers of sedum matting act like a mini eco system supporting a myriad of insects and bees.
