I have contracted with Andrew Salisbury of this firm on many occasions over the past 10 years for the removal of large trees at my home. I have always found him professional in providing a fixed price for the agreed specification of work and completing that work in a tidy and diligent manner. Very efficient and knowledgeable tree surgeon.
We have used Acorn Tree Services three times and they would definitely be our first choice in future. We had several trees which needed cutting down and also sought their advice on what to do with others - they provided excellent service in both of these areas. All work was completed to a high standard and on time and at a very reasonable price.
I got three quotes decided to go with acorn tree services because they were the middle quote, they took down a large sycamore tree leaning over our garage lowing all the branch and pieces of wood by rope. Left a very clean and tidy job. We are awaiting for Andrew to return to remove our tree stump.

I required a tree stump to be removed and several other contractors had either refused too quote the work or after promising to come and look at the job did not show up. Acorn Tree Services were recommended to me by a friend, I contacted Andrew and he was very helpful. He arrange to come and do the work that day even though we live nearly 40mile apart. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work. I was more than happy with the work he carried and the price of the work. I would have no qualms about recommending Acorn Tree Services to anyone.

We had never used Acorn Tree Services before until June 2014, but we would recommend and use again, They came and gave us a quote which was pleasantly affordable, they were upfront and honest about about the price, size of the job and time it would take, and they met every criteria they said they would, which I was surprised about as I thought it would have taken longer. they cleaned up after themselves as well which I know some companies aren't great for. couldn't give a stronger recommendation, I had no complaints whatsoever. what a great friendly company.

We sought three estimates and Acorn Tree Services provided the most comprehensive and competitive quote. Andrew Salisbury provided a very professional and efficient service from beginning to end. He visited our property to assess the work to be done, gave us information about checking the Tree Preservation Orders, provided a quote promptly, and showed us his insurance documents. On the agreed date for the crowning and removal of our trees, he arrived on time and completed the work tidily and efficiently
