Avoid these people. Note that they also trade as "Nationwide Bathrooms". I should have checked reviews before ordering. All 1-star reviews are completely deserved.
I ordered "Silverdale Empire Close Coupled Toilet with Seat & Cistern" and got an order confirmation that includes all the different details that I selected (seat wood colour, cistern colour, etc). Order arrived two weeks later, without toilet seat.
I emailed three times and was ignored. Called them, was promised that I'd be called back (didn't happen). I eventually spoke to a very rude customer service representative who told me that

Order still no fulfilled after 2 months - still awaiting the last item. Have asked multiple times about it to a load of excuses. Asked to talk to the manager about 5 times and got a load of hot air back about him not being in the office / he will call you back - he never does. Don't trust these cowboys. Terrible service

BEWARE AVOID IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
This firm offers stock they don’t have at rock bottom prices. Once they’ve got your money you won’t get it back and you’ll be ignored. I gave up contacting them and used Section 75 action through my credit card to eventually get a refund. Had I paid by other means I’d have lost £708. I count myself lucky. Don’t go near them.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE.
I ordered a replacement tap spindle online early November and the order was acknowledged and money taken. Three weeks later still heard nothing, chased up twice and was then emailed stating the order, UNDER A WRONG ORDER NUMBER, had been cancelled. No money refunded of course, so am chasing again. If no response by Tuesday 10.12.2019, it is going straight to the Local Police and Trading Standards.
UPDATE 09.12.2019: At least the money was finally refunded to the bank, still wouldn't trust these people if I were you!
