The service was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was damaged and there were no marks and no mess, even on the pale carpets. Beds were dismantled and put back together and heavy items carefully manouvered out of, and into, awkward places. I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and his team.

First class service and very reasonable rates. These guys arrived on time this morning and the vans were loaded and we were at our new home unloaded in under three hours. A very professional approach and everything was treated with care and respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had enquired about using there services for a house move, we're due to come to the house but cancelled on us saying something had come up and could they rearrange for the following day.....following day they text to say they have booked someone else.....then have the nerve to ask us if we are moving that day! No I thought I'd book you for that day and move the following week.

Absolutely amazing service today. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient taking care of all of our belongings. They made our day so much less stressful and also incredible value for money too! I honestly can't rate them highly enough. Brilliant!!!!

Initially a good response from the point of booking and guys on the day we’re very efficient.
Sadly, a box I had left open containing expensive beats headphones was loaded on the van and the item disappeared since.
On emailing the company to query I received a very defensive response and was assured they would come back to me after checking the vans.
I heard nothing back so asked again and was told they assumed I found them. Not so. Also a shame that two out of four beds were not assembled properly, and boxes labelled where put in the garage not the house. I wouldn’t make a big deal if that

We used Parnaby Removals & Storage when relocating with work.
They had come highly recommended (no pressure) they did not disappoint. We had the full packing service, storage for 6 weeks then delivered to Northampton. The service was fantastic from first contact. Communication throughout was super friendly and really put us at ease. Everything was delivered on time without a scratch. Absolutely brilliant I can't recommend them enough. Many thank's to Anthony & his team James, Mary, Todd & Baby Luke
