A loud bang and my lights went out. I looked at the fuse box and all the switches were on. I needed help. I called K-Tec and Keiran picked up straight away. He talked me through fault finding from the meter to the fuse box and we found the problem. He was really helpful and talked in a language I could understand. He even recommended a nearby electrical shop to get the new part.
He didn't want payment, I don't think his expertise should be free, but he said he was happy to help.
If I need any electrics doing in future, which looking at the age of my fuse box, I think I will, I will DEFINITELY

I would highly recommend this company. Their quote was very competitive and they were very punctual. The two guys turned up at the time agreed to quote and again turned up on time to complete the work. They offered help and advice on how best to do the job and cleaned as they worked.
All in all I will definitely be using this company again.

Thank you for the work to replace old fuse box with more up to date item. The work was carried out without any mess and quite quickly, yet all questions were answered politely and with enough detail to give me confidence. The problem fuse from the shower has been tested and I had a longer and hotter experience . Also the vibration overnight has gone, in fact it was so quiet I was worried that it was not working (could not see any indicator light) but hot water and overnight storage heaters all fine this morning . Thank you.
