I would not recommend this company at all. We have had our drive down nearly 3 yrs and in that 3 yrs we have had to ring for them to come back and sort the dip in the drive. He's been back once and says he's sorted it.. Which he hasn't. Whenever it rains we have massive puddles in the drive.. We were suppose to get a 10yr guarantee. You get no guarantee at all. Dave is not a good person at wanting to rectify his mistakes. I'd stay well clear of this company we are now taking legal action. He's just not interested in putting it right

Cant comment on work done cos they gotta come round in the 1st place.
Came round to quote for job. Rang back couple of weeks later to go ahead. I'll ring you later to confirm details was the response. Week passed by, had to ring them again. Same excuse, call you later, still waiting.
If your too busy or don't want the work, just bloody well say, instead of fobbing poeple off.

In our experience there is no '10 year guarantee' as promised and certainly no after sales service, they are not interested once they have your money. Had Horsforth paving out twice to water 'pooling' in the middle of our drive since the poor installation by them in 2014 . We did point out the obvious slope at the time of installation and were completely ignored. 5 years on we still have the same problem with pooling after any kind of rainfall (doesn't have to be heavy). We have contacted them on numerous occasions and despite promising to rectify the issue, they haven't been back since. The owner
