I rang Stephen as my 12 year old boiler was struggling to maintain water temp. Stephen very promptly came and assessed the boiler (free of charge) and informed me of the options available to me withou. Stephen recently replaced my conventional boiler and from the start his service was A1. The job was done extremely promptly, at a competitive price, within a specified time limit.

I booked this guy to fit a thermostat and relay box for 10 30 this morning no sign of him never turned up couldn't contact him refused to pick up the phone when i rang
I am a 75 year old pensioner, this guy is very unprofessional not even the decency to even get in touch with me, what is the world coming to .

These guys are brilliant. Fitted a boiler for me. I had bought the boiler myself so just the fitting. The quote was extremely reasonable, well below other quotes. They turned up on time, after a text informing me they were on the way.
Friendly chaps, worked non-stop, did a brilliant job and took all rubbish away. Left me kitchen spotlessly clean too. Arranged the warranty for me so I didn't have to do anything.
After struggling to find a reliable plumber for a while, these guys are a great find. Highly recommended

Called as stated was open till 9pm. called at 7.40 He was very rude to my sister who has just come out of hospital and has no heating! No need for it. She was informed what time it was then blamed for waking his daughter in the text messages he sent! Id avoid at all costs.
