What a team! Marie in the showroom, whose help was invaluable in assisting us with our choice of replacement en-suite. Gary, for the survey of the work to be undertaken and who gave sound advice on what could be achieved. Jim, who carried out the transformation to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail, cleanliness and adaptability was above and beyond. Throughout the project, this team excelled. We would highly recommend them.

We are thrilled with our new main bathroom and en-suite. As soon as we walked into the showroom, we knew we were with the right company. I cannot fault your customer service - from start to finish this has been excellent. Thanks Gary and Marie for offering us lots of ideas to refresh what we currently had and giving us a wide choice of fixtures and fittings to choose from. As well as being on hand throughout, even if by video call. Equally a big shout out for Jim. His attention to detail and level of workmanship was the best we have experienced, and we could probably do with using a cookie cutter

Wonderful hidden gem. Innovative cocktails tended knowledgeably by superb staff. Historically inspired tales linked to Manchester's rich and diverse history woven into each offering make this a fun and educational evening out. Beautifully atmospheric too. Loved it!

We went to the showroom to purchase new cloakroom suite, new bathroom and bisque radiators for our new house. Arrived first time on Saturday early afternoon and after looking around waited to discuss with staff but only one person in and he was busy so decided to return in the week when hopefully someone would be available. It's difficult to park near and expensive. So went back at 4.00 on a Tuesday and door sign said open but couldn't get in. There was a woman we could see on the phone but she just ignored us. We rang the bell several times and nobody came. Great -second visit second parking fee

I recently approached The Washroom to redesign my Mum's bathroom. I needed a full service, from design, installation to all the finer details like tiles and fittings choosing as I live 85 miles away from Mum. I was very pleased with their enthusiasm in helping me with this project. Their projected installation date is next year, which just shows that they offer such a fantastic experience from choosing, design and service that they are booked up for months to come! Keep up the good work Marie, Gary and the team. I look forward to dealing with you again in 2018.
