I rent out a property in Braintree and urgently needed a plumber to repair an immersion heater in a hot water cylinder. I contacted an agent in Braintree who recommended 3 plumbers in the area. The first plumber that attended tried to rip me off by saying that in order to change a 35 part I had to replace the entire cylinder & that this would set me back approx 500!

Another company came to look at central heating. Took 10 mins and condemned 9 year old boiler.
Wanted a second opinion so called D&J heating and plumbing of Braintree.
Engineer took the time to diagnose the issue, (temperature probe)went and collected part, returned and fitted.
