Started a panicked text dialogue on Saturday morning even though the shop was closed and was delighted to get a response. I then carried on texting to the poor man who had been good enough to respond on his day off!
As a result, by Monday morning, lock had been sorted, numerous keys supplied and my heart rate back to normal! It has been a fantastic service from start to finish with everyone involved being pleasant, polite and professional. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all!
