Purchased a set of aluminium patio doors back in 2019 for one of our customers , we installed the product (as we are installers ) we have had nothing but problems from day 1 with the product leaking . Contacted Sliders UK numerous times to no avail ... NO DRAINAGE IN SASHES PARTS MISSING disgusting service from start to finish would strongly recommend to avoid like the plague !!!

This is a terrible company to deal with, AVOID.
Often deliver the incorrect parts with the order. Shortly after installation issues develop with the low quality product and Sliders are not interested in dealing with them.
Their 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.
I've had to replace cylinders, faulty lock mechanisms and hinges within 6 months and this company are not interested in dealing with warranty issues.
Disgusting way to do business, virtually criminal.

Very poor service - not recommended.
We ordered a "Light Grey" door from Sliders UK's online catalogue. The door we received was definitely not grey, and much closer to white - objectively nothing like the colour advertised. As we were away when the fitter came to do the job, we weren't able to raise the problem and the door was fitted.
For comparison, the catalogue colour and actual door colour are shown as pictures.
We contacted Sliders in March. They informed us they could only deal with their customer (the fitter), so we asked our fitter to complain on our behalf. Sliders fobbed him off

Excellent Supplier of Composite Doors, Bi-Folding Doors & Patio Doors. As a company, we have used them for the past eight years and have been very satisfied. As with any company in our industry, things do go wrong now and again, but the staff at Sliders are always keen to resolve it swiftly & efficiently. The Product range is of an excellent selection/ quality and the customer service backs this up. On the rare occasion products are delayed, we are kept informed and it is a minimal delay, but 99.9% of the time everything goes smoothly. Very reliable supplier of quality products.

I'm not too familiar with company relations and ordering processes but their product which I fit on a daily basis is superb. Their doors might not have the social standing of some other companies but they are superior quality and easy to install and configure. And that's based on a fair comparison of other companies doors that I also install.
