One star for logistic.
Tiles suppose to arrive today, I have chosen the date carefully as needed help with carrying it to the house. But it arrived on Friday morning leaving me 20 minutes to bring them home, I wasn't fit for that and have no help that day. No tracking number was provided, no warning from TT that it may be earlier. Customer service blamed delivery company. I don't think it was their fault.

We normally don't like buying tiles online but due to isolation we needed something quickly. We were very impressed with the quality and the price. Within 5 days we had ordered samples, chose the tiles we wanted and had our complete order. We ordered over 40m of tiles and did not have a single broken one. We will definitely be using again and recommending!

We purchased recently the Keystone Grey slate effect tiles and we couldn’t be more over the moon with our purchase!!! I was very nervous about getting the right tile for us as we decided to tile our whole downstairs and I wanted something that has a rustic look and made our home feel cosy with warm yet light colours.
They are just perfect!!! The price was unbeatable, a local tile shop are currently selling the exact same product for £27 sqm😮 Our tiler said he hasn’t come across such a quality tile for the price we paid and found them great to lay…… no bows, chipped edges, easy to cut

A really excellent company. Very high-quality tiles sold at extremely reasonable prices, always delivered on time. The customer service is among the best I've ever encountered - very quick replies to emails and extremely helpful when it comes to giving product advice and answering any questions. I live at the opposite end of the country from this company and would never consider buying tiles anywhere else.

So it’s not often I find myself actually writing a review- plenty of times I have thought... I should both positive and negative ... but it takes something special, someone who goes above and beyond or something that surprises me and exceeds my expectations and on this occasion total tiles - and indeed Ben, really really have.
The service I have received from Ben- has been personal, friendly, helpful and something that I would have expected from a local small business. I live nowhere near... everything was originally online and only a brief phone call to check some things led to the purchase
