Ben and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the process from first quote to fitting and final tidy up. They managed to sort out all the problems that come up through a large job like this. Had a large number of old windows replaced and some new windows and bifolds for an extension. Very happy with the result and would recommend. The fitting team in particular were great, turning up as agreed and working non stop throughout the day.

I reported that I have a faulty window, that they fitted which won’t lock and is leaking water and needs urgent attention for obvious reasons. I was told that the person I need to speak to is out of the office and would call me back. 7 days later I’d heard nothing so I called again and got the same response, no apology and made to feel like an inconvenience! Well I’m still yet to hear back from them and my window is still leaking! I guess I’ll take my money somewhere else...

We had the whole downstairs of the house re-furbished by Dan's team. The organisation was excellent and the quality of the work faultless. All the guys - builders, electricians, plumbers, painter - turned up on time, stayed till their job was completed and were all nice people to deal with. I highly recommend Grand Openings for windows, doors and much more.
