I have used Wrennalls carpet cleaning services several times in the past, and like the rest of the reviewers I have been very satisfied with their work, but not the last time.
The carpet cleaning (bungalow Lounge and hall) initially seemed, very satisfactory although the drying time was over an hour and half.
After about a month I started to notice soiled areas developing, particularly on trafficked and sitting areas. On the second month I contacted Wrennalls requesting that when they were in my area to check the carpet. Promise of a call back did not happen, same on my second call, same on my
