I couldn't recomend this company more to anyone who has pest issues. Alison is always contactable and will always call you back if she misses your call. We was quoted a fixed price to deal with our rodant issue and even though our problem was probably worse than others they charged exactly what was stated at start. As for Rob he was very relieable nothing was ever a problem, his only concearn was not the money but to get our children back into there bedrooms and get the problem sorted, such a nice guy. Unfortunately we had a pigeon make home on our roof and it left quite a mess that built up over time. After researching the dangers of cleaning this myself I decided to look for a company to come and professionally clean the roof. I called Allison who was very friendly and after sending her a few photos I had a quote within minutes and made the booking. As promised I had a text when the technician was on his way. Rob arrived promptly and was extremely professional and very friendly. He did a great job and even helped us put something up to help prevent the pigeon returning.

Excellent customer service provided by both Alison and Rob from start to finish. I wanted to support a local business and from the first phone call I made, I received honest, clear advice at a stressful time. Once on site, Rob was thorough and explained fully my choices. He could clearly have charged me more for the service he provided, but wanted to give me options that would save me money whilst still dealing with the issue in question - mice! I would not hesitate to recommend this company - in my opinion they are passionate in their customer care and service. Well Done.

Fantastic service from Rob. We had a bird stuck in our chimney & rats in our flat roof. Rob was very professional & thorough in his approach to sorting out our problem. He gave us great advice & knowledge on each visit & he was always mindful of our young children when carrying out his work.
Our problem was eventually eradicated due to Robs work.
I found Alison very friendly on the phone accommodating with regards to booking them in.
I would definitely use them again if I had any further problems. They are a professional company that are friendly, reliable & very well priced.
