A : The veneers of these doors, are made of solid and genuine American White Oak. The same applies to the lipping range, which again, is made of solid Oak. The cores of these doors however, is a combination of a particleboard core to give doors their solid structure. So although these doors are not a solid core of Oak, we still classify these doors as " Solid " Oak doors.

Absolutely awful communication with customers. I ordered 2 doors in December 2020, finally have one of them after pushing in March/April time this year, but am still waiting for the fire door i ordered 8 months later.
Now, the waiting period is not really my issue - it's the complete lack of communication and ability to contact the company that is so frustrating. I've e-mailed twice now in 4 weeks, no response. Left facebook messages and attempted to call. No response and just a voicemail saying that they are experiencing high demand.

Advertise stuff they don't actually have and don't tell you until they have taken payment. I asked why they don't say on website when things aren't in stock before taking peoples money. Their answer was that only about 10% of stuff wasn't in stock! Still waiting for my money back. I would avoid using this company it's not worth the hassle.
After reading the pathetic response below it really just reinforces the poor review. My 'childish' email asking why they are advertising things as 'in stock'. How was I supposed to know there weren't any in stock in the uk? Whenever I buy something that says

Very good service although the doors I ordered wasn’t in stock but the company made me aware of that situation not a problem, great price doors oak ravello glazed pre finished. A big thanks to especially RHYS and the rest of the doors2doors team for keeping me updated through out the whole process of my order until delivery arrived. They installed two external composite doors for us as well as double oak glazed internal doors. Really pleased with all of them. Great staff did a good job of advising us and the fitting was expertly done. Courteous and Helpful throughout, with good attention to Covid guidelines. Recommend them without hesitation.

Brilliant service at a great price.
The installer called a half an hour before arrival to assure us that they where on the way.
I was very impressed with the quality of the product and how efficient the two lads were.
I would recommend this company for friendly support in the shop and the delivery of the product that I purchased at a great cost.
