It’s a shame I can only give 5 stars! Everything about working with Scott has been great. Right from original contact for an estimate, to having our work completed today, everything has been completely hassle free, and done with complete confidence in Scott’s ability. The completed job FAR exceeded our expectation, and all we can say is we are completely and utterly over the moon. Service with a broken tile...
Hired Scott to re-grout and re-seal 2 shower cubicles in May 2018. Upon inspection I discovered that 2 tiles had been significantly damaged, whole sections were not touched and the finish was not to a professional standard. Scott did not tell us that he had damaged the tiles and when I called he simply said “I can’t fix that with grout!”
Despite chasing and receiving sporadic reply’s, nothing was fixed.
Eventually after complaining to checkatrade Scott advised that he would try and source tiles from one more place and if not successful he would refund me
