Ordered four windows and front door with matching side panels. The windows went in fine and on time. The door was delayed as expected- no issue with that but did not arrive with thumb latch as requested. I was initially told it would take a week then that turned into two, then three then so on- about 9 weeks later and much chasing the wrong one was just purchased off the shelf from Screwfix or Toolstation which could of been done the same day- it was not matching in colour or style so had to wait in total 3 months to have this resolved- ‘ supply chain issues’ we constantly being used as an

Beware of this firm. They purchased a number of apple contracts at a very small percentage of the contract value and are now trying to enforce them over a year later when no previous contact has been made. Not really reasonable time....section 52. Case has also been lodged with trading standards but if anybody wants to get in contact to share experiences and possible legal proceedings please leave a message.

Very disappointed with the service provided from County Windows, Door turned up with multiple scratches wrong locking mechanism and after months of complaints and communication is still not correct. Be careful of what you sign as there sales strategy is to bend the truth to make a sell and then tie you up with a clause in there contract when they deliver something different.

After using County to install some aluminium windows to match our existing wooden frame windows, we were impressed with their attention to detail and decent price. So County were a natural choice when it came to choosing a builder for our conservatory. We had a restriction of windows in the house for the design to fit under and a 60s house which demanded more of a glass extension than an old fashioned, typical build.
