Double glazed units are traditionally manufactured with an aluminium frame containing silica beads sandwiched between two panes of glass and sealed with a polymer compound around the edges. Once the unit is sealed the silica beads remove all the moisture from within the unit providing a moisture free environment.
All you need to measure is the length and width of the visible glass, preferably in cm/mm. Yes, we would come out to double check all measurements and information you submitted before placing your order. No, we would replace the whole glass unit as its not feasible to repair the unit. The easiest and most cost effective way of dealing with this problem is to replace the double glazed unit.

Had to have a large front double glazed window replaced, because of condensation and water in between the glass. Antony and his associate came on time. They moved my furniture for me,took out the unit and replaced it with a new one. They then cleaned everything,and put back my furniture. I would certainly have misty glass repair any glass in the future. Thanks so much excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish. Came to measure up and quote for the job when they said they would, very reasonable price quoted for the work and materials involved with a 50% deposit taken up front, friendly and helpful staff, arrived when they said they would, fitted the new window panes quickly and efficiently with no mess, invoice and payment details all ready at the end of the job, no pushy sales, 5 year guarantee on the windows, everything done as it should be. Would highly recommend! We can now see through our living room windows and the difference it has made is remarkable.

Brilliant job and reasonably priced. We're repeat customers. Very efficient, polite.and great service throughout the team.
We had 2 windows replaced. Adam was 10 minutes early. Nice polite guy who did a great job. There is a 1 hour time slot - so no waiting in all day. Perfect job completed in half an hour. No mess..... oh and the windows look great! Thank you 😊
