Unfortunately my experience was not great with this company.
I bought a frame in July which was fit by the builder. I had a couple of month delay on fitting the door and when I have called them asked to send me the bottom aluminium bar (anti warp profile) because I cannot find in the box. They wanted £13 pound after I gave them £300! for the frame in July. They are expensive. The same frame bought from Italy via Ebay can cost 160 euro + shipping which for sure won't double the price. Be careful and if you you want to save some money when you are doing building, try to buy from somewhere else

Good product, and very human customer service. Bought a sliding pocket door which works well and comes with frame and easy to make into a 10cm thick wall.
Due to various mix ups on my side I actually caused the Eclisse customer service teams no end of headaches, and despite this found them to be responsive and helpful.

We've bought a number of pocket door frames in the past from Eclisse. When we've had an order hiccup it has been resolved swiftly and efficiently. The frames are really easy to assemble and installation is not too tricky either. We will be back for our last pocket door at some point, and it wouldn't occur to me to look anywhere else for a similar system.
