Keith has been working in the construction industry since 1967. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Construction Manager. He holds Fellowships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Chartered Institute of Building and The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He began his career as an Indentured Student with a City of London Contractor under the auspices of the London Mater Builders Association.
