Services
Barry based practicing Architect, Dennis Hellyar, designed the first Sustainable BREEAM Excellent further education facility in the UK, and first BREEAM Excellent Healthcare Centre in Cardiff, South Wales, winning Welsh Breeam awards for both projects. Dennis also designed the first houses in Cardiff to meet Code for Sustainable Homes - Levels 4 and 5.6 is the maximum level!
All clients benefit from Dennis's personal attention to their project. He personally guides each scheme through the various stages of feasibility, client consultation, design, approvals and construction of the building project. Every architecture project in the office, no matter how small, receives the same rigorous approach to achieve the optimum design, in response to the brief and budget, to solve any problem that is presented.
A structurally challenging and exciting Project to make use of basement void space, to remodel and incorporate the space into new kitchen, utility and playroom spaces. He then guided us through the planning application, the building tender, and the structural planning then oversaw the project and budget with great expertise.
