Wow..!!!!!!!!!!!! excellent service from start to finish, responsive, came and gave me a very competitive quote very quickly. The clean was carried out today, I was amazed at the results. Read the reviews for this small business, all seemed good & indeed for the first few months the service worked well. However, after a period of a further 2/3 months of not having our windows cleaned I found their had been a simple & genuine miscommunication over accessing our rear garden. I contacted, who I assume was the owner of this business, to try & resolve the issue, but was met with an unhelpful, disrespectful & argumentative attitude. In fact I was told to “go find myself another window cleaner.”
