Many properties have flat roofs and traditionally they were covered with mineral felt. Over a period of time, the roof ages and there is a tendency for them to become brittle and crack. Temperature changes in the summer with the hot sun and in the winter with the cold frost cause the felt to break down causing water to ingress to the property.
Prodek's liquid roofing and waterproofing systems are a single pack polyurethane waterproofing system with a fast wet-on-wet roller or brush applied application. Our Liquid systems are an incredibly versatile waterproofing system that is suited to all new build and refurbishment applications including overlay, warm roof, inverted roof and walkway situations.
Our Balcony System can be used for Waterproofing and Surfacing of Balconies, Walkways and Terraces. Based on advanced polymer chemistry, our waterproof balcony system delivers an exceptional finish. Using the Triflex system, we are able to apply as a cold liquid to many different surfaces including walkways, balconies and terraces.

Came and replaced a flat roof. When contacted them for a quote, came within days to quote us. Good price. Have seen some of their work in the area and looked professionally done. On day of the works, they turned up when said and work was completed in one day. The team that came were lovely and made sure they cleaned up after they had finished. Kept us updated throughout the works in what they were doing. The boss come over and helped out too. Would definetly recommend this company for any roofing needs and they were all polite and friendly. No more leaking roof over the winter!
