Absolutely top notch service. I described some symptoms of a boiler issue over the phone, which was diagnosed as a couple of potential causes. The next day the engineer turned up and replaced exactly what they had diagnosed as an issue. They also highlighted some wear and tear on another component and offered an immediate replacement.

Following a leak within our double-bunded oil tank, Ian supplied and fitted a new one within a week or so of our first contact with him. He is 100% reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The product he supplied is of much better quality than that which it replaced.
