Absolutely appalling work completed by Dimension Driveways. First of all I paid for two steps but only got one. I'm so relieved I got only one because it's dreadful. it's not level it's bodged from bricks that don't match yes that's how they left it.
I've got a drain that isn't connected to anything and fills up. A lip going from the side of the house to the back so they couldn't even get them to level together. The m an holes cut out chipping the concrete out leaving it open to split. It has some cracked and Steve the owner of Dimention Driveways has

So I posted honest reviews about Steve and his Company. My first review was over a year ago.. Our drive was done in July 2019. Not completed properly and like other honourable people who have been taken in by him and his company paid him all the money because that's what honourable people do. They eventually came back in May 2021 to finish the job. Did not finish off properly so wrote other reviews. Did our driveway in 2019. Didnt finish it off. Loads of promises to put right but nothing. This is an awful terrible company. Steve makes excuses. Look at all their other poor reviews on the various platforms which speak for themselves. Use them at your peril. Disgraceful company. I do not usually do such reviews but I feel so strongly about the public being conned by Steve and the workers he hires

Avoid this company. The job they done was absolutely horrendous and they will not fix anything.
The concrete is unevenly laid and it holds water in numerous places.
After 9 months I have cracks in it.
I asked for drainage but when they installed it i noticed that they drilled holes in it so all the water goes underneath the house making it useless.
Massive problems with the sealer.
I was promised anti slip granules in the sealer but there is nothing there.
They damaged my garage door and I had to repaint it.
I reported them all of it and I was promised that it will be fixed but it's been

A highly unprofessional company.
False promises from Steve and poor workmanship from Dave.
From when the concrete was laid and the second large payment made, they then showed no interest in completing the job. After not keeping to their own schedule, the colouring was kept on too long and we are now left with black patches in addition to:
* Footprints and mud marks sealed over.
* Stained and sealed over the patio door.
* Didn't replace the old drain heads, just put new ones on top which led to concrete filling the drain which now needs to be removed, after a drain survey from Mersey Rod

Drive completed with the promise to return to install step once our porch was built, as agreed at time of booking. 3 months later and after full payment we still keep being promised the 'next dry day'. In addition, the job was over quoted with sqm, drainage in the quote wasn't installed and the end of the drive is crumbling away already, plus footprints from sealing on the drive. Numerous options and alternatives to resolve this matter have been ignored prior to leaving this review. Steve is full of empty promises and Dave couldn't care less. We have now asked for a refund and a review of the poor
