Given my partner and I are very much indecisive, lack vision and don’t know what we want until we see it, Ribble Valley Bathrooms (and Abbie) were exactly what we needed.
Abbie guided us through the whole process from bathroom designs (making alterations to the overall look after our feedback, until it was just perfect), layout (to optimise space – we have a small bathroom but insisted on it remaining a family bathroom) and products (to, again, help create the illusion of a bigger bathroom, whilst maintaining a luxury feel).
We certainly haven’t been the easiest of customers for Abbie and

RVB have designed and supplied two bathrooms for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process, and have recommended them to anyone carrying out bathroom improvements or refits. Sometimes working with design teams can feel daunting, or expensive, but the whole process was down-to-earth and excellent value for money. The team made everything seamless, even during the delays of the pandemic, recommending alternatives and preventing delays. Any work on your home can be stressful, but working with RVB made it streamlined and enjoyable, and my bathrooms are stunning and excellent quality.

I would highly recommend Sophie and the team at RVB from the initial design consultations right through to it being fully finished Sophie has been on hand to help and share her knowledge and experience. We came with a few ideas including a very particular vanity unit which other companies had dismissed helping with but Sophie was able to help source the unit for us! The team helped us think of everything to make sure the bathroom would be perfect for us and also made sure we didn’t blow any budgets! Our bathroom has definitely had quite the makeover and is a room that wows now! Cannot recommend

Strange experience. We are self building a house and have 5 bathrooms to design. I travelled over from Preston as I love their bathroom styles on Instagram. I browsed about the shop for 5 - 10 mins while the 3 people who worked there stared at me but didn’t attempt to interact ( almost like why was I in their shop) I felt uncomfortable and then left. Bizarre.
However, the bathrooms look beautiful and I am sure if you go another day you might get a friendlier welcome.

We found out about RVB through social media channels. After initial email contact Sophie made the hour-long drive to our home to not only understand what we wanted from a bathroom (we were very vague!) but more importantly get to know us as a family. Even though we wanted it to look nice - with 3 children it had to be functional and hardwearing. In the past we have always purchased our bath suite and then looked for a plumber, tiler etc – having someone who really understands their domain meant we did not have to worry about compatibility, scheduling or any great detail – that was all taken

We recently had the pleasure of using Ribble Valley Bathrooms to complete our master bathroom and en-suite. The design process was really helpful and Sophie generated many ideas we hadn’t previously considered. Nothing was too much trouble. This resulted in two rooms we are delighted with and are absolutely ‘us’. To add to this, they came in within budget despite my constant add-ons! Cannot recommend RVB highly enough - their showroom is divine too.

Thank you so much to Sophie and RVB. RVB designed and supplied our bathroom, accommodated our budget without compromising on quality and style and the design has made the space so much better. I am terrible at making decisions so really put my faith in Sophie’s expertise and vision and we were absolutely not disappointed. Sophie was also on hand even after the design and supply process to help me with questions I had on issues that didn’t involved the company (grout!) which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again myself.

Ribble Valley Bathrooms did a fantastic job from start to finish on my project. Staying within budget, Abbie & her team designed and supplied a beautiful family bathroom, en-suite and WC which met my exact requirements.
Abbie was super responsive from start to finish, her professionalism was top class as she kept me up to date with delivery timescales. Her design skills are simply outstanding, and the showroom displays many of the stunning products they offer, allowing customers to look, touch and feel products in a lovely setting.
