I have generously given 2 stars because they were one of the only companies that responded to us during this very busy time for builders but they clearly didn't want the work.
From our first contact in May for an initial quote, Rick has been extremely difficult to get in touch with and would not make an appointment unless badgered by me. When eventually I could force him to make an appointment to book the work in he didn't turn up, couldn't be reached and I've had no contact since. I'd like to say I was surprised but all throughout the process he hasn't seemed interested in the work at all and

Should be 4 1/2 stars but I don't have that option. House renovation in Shirebrook. Rick and John have vast experience: they did building work in the kitchen, bathroom, outside and fitted a new bathroom. Rick also co-ordinated plasterer, electrician, gas plumber and was extremely generous in sharing his knowledge and contacts. Above all Prestige have a "can do" attitude, when problems meant extra work had to be done they either just did it or charged me a really reasonable sum to do it.
