We had major issues with this company. Initially the original roof we had done was of good quality around 3/4 years ago. We had a damp smell just over 18 months ago. This was investigated by them and was put down to damp wood being used in the build. After persistent communication by me (because office staff are very poor at their communication skills), we eventually had workmen out to replace the internal structure. Unfortunately the workmanship had deteriorated since the original work and were left with an unsatisfactory mess! The week before the covid lockdown the office manager was supposed

Absolutely delighted with our experience from start to finish. From the initial visit by Craig from the Sales team, to our experience with the office team & more importantly the care and attention to detail by the fitters. What a difference this has made to our home, we have gained a new room. I could not recommend them highly enough.....outstanding & i would give them 10 stars in this review if the rating went that high. Wish we had done it long ago

The installation and installation staff were excellent. Work has been carried out to the highest standard. Everything was left as clean and tidy as possibly once work completed. The installation team, plasterer, painter and office staff were all very polite and professional in their attitude. I highly recommend using these guys if you want yours done.

I found conservatory converters a great company to deal with. Everything was done within 7 days- the plasterer even came out at night & stayed until 10pm to make sure we weren't let down & had to wait until after the weekend. The whole conversion has exceeded our expectations & the room is now a very comfortable living area that we can't wait to spend time in. Even with the recent heat it didn't seem nearly as hot as it has been & today it is raining & blissful as there is no noise. Our neighbours were so impressed that they are also having their conservatory done too. I could not rate them highly
