We are constantly seeking various land opportunities throughout Surrey with or without planning permission, if you feel this applies to you we would discuss the merits of your land to establish the opportunities available. These guys make the finish of a property look good but underneath they clearly don't have a clue what they are doing in terms of plumbing and electrics.
I would not recommend using these guys for property conversions or development. They use cheap materials and employ staff that don't appear to know what they are doing.
For our flat they have carried out some pretty shoddy work. A few issues are to be expected but the list of issues is so long that I can't excuse it as minor.
They fitted a cheap plastic washer to seal the back of the toilet cistern. This didn't create a water tight seal which
