Strongly advise everyone especially single women living alone against ordering ANYTHING from Oakdale Fencing Ltd!!!
Ordered a fence panel from them on 28th June, made to pay an £18 delivery charge for a 3 mile trip from Black Horse Road to Keresley… now I could have lived with that if they actually made an effort to deliver! Instead I waited until 12th July at which point I got my dad to call them! To be told they had lost the order and weren’t even planning on coming out!!
Staff promised a delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday. Ofcourse that didn’t happen, I called up this morning to chase

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN.
they will deliver old weathered panels and mess up your order delivering the wrong items!
These panels aren't value for money.
They won't arrange delivery and will just show up and dump it outside your house, I have arthritis and have had to struggle to move all the panels by myself as I didn't have any notice to arrange help.

I ordered 12 9ft CONCRETE fence posts, 10 CONCRETE Gravel boards,10 fence panels....AND ALL OF IT WAS DUMPED ON FRONT OF MY HOUSE, BECAUSE DRIVER DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE BEHIND MY HOUSE WHERE THE FENCE WILL BE FITTED, and there is plenty of space to drive in and out, SO I HEAD TO CARRY EVERYTHING AROUND THE BLOCK, JUST TO GET THEM IN GARAGE!!!.....and I hade to do it my self, on my own, only because drivel refuses to drive behind my house!
...but fence materials are great!( happy with that!!!)
