Services
This is the most common application, where the mailboxes are positioned either freestanding, wall mounted or recessed within a wall. The standard mailboxes are for both external and internal use. All mailboxes will take standard A4 sized mail, and they all comply to British Standards and Secured By Design Homes 2019 requirements.
The following different surrounds and stands, are suitable for use with Wall mounted or freestanding applications and are indicated accordingly below. Apart from their practical uses, they also provide a neat finish to the mailbox systems, wether used for one or more boxes, ensuring they are housed and supported suitably.
We can powder coat to any RAL colour upon request. We currently have a list of 27 standard RAL colours to choose from but can offer any RAL colour available. We can also use multiple colours across a single bank as we powder coat the body of the postbox, the door and the flap the same colour or a mixture of colours.
Established in 1989, Secured by Design (SBD) is a Police initiative to guide and encourage those engaged within the specification, design and build of new homes or apartments, to adopt crime prevention measures. Secured By Design is owned by the Police service and is supported by the Home Office and referenced by the Department for Communities and Local Government in Aprroved Document Q.
