We are a family-owned bespoke furniture maker that offers a comprehensive design, supply and installation service to suit a wide variety of clients and requirements. Origins Design was founded in 1995 by Patrick Moulton Black in South Africa, where he was designing and manufacturing lighting, bowls, small domestic accessories and furniture.

We are interested in the whole picture, how our pieces are used or displayed in a room, how a room is used, how it flows.
Our team is on hand to guide clients through our six-step design process. Starting with the initial ideas and brief, we work through each stage ensuring every aspect of the brief is covered maintaining quality communication with the client. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Do not use Origins. They made a side tables and a storage unit for me. They were hugely overpriced and poor quality, no elegance in the design, with mistakes vs the spec which meant the items didn't fit. There are much better companies out there.

I have found Origins Design to be both professional and friendly when working with the team. The quality of their furniture is exceptional and they are very open to discussing new designs and ideas to ensure we create some wonderful furniture. Origins Design produces custom made furniture from South West London. A lot of effort goes into their designs and supplying their customers with the best fit for their homes. Anything from size to material is open for customization. We worked with them on their SEO, eCommerce, CMS and also their logo design. Working with this accomplished team was a smooth process as they are professional in all their endeavors.
